Tuition & Costs

Our comprehensive tuition includes all costs related to classroom instruction, accommodation, two daily meals, transportation to and from the airport, all books and materials, and all guest presentations, workshops, field trips, and other activities organized by the program, including tickets to museums, sport matches, and the theater.

Tuition does not include airfare, daily lunch, or personal expenditures. In addition, some courses are subject to additional fees for materials. Please reference the course descriptions listed within the program page for this information.

Health and Safety

We are currently evaluating all aspects of our programs and incorporating the most up-to-date health and safety standards. We’ll continue to make changes as guidance evolves from the CDC and WHO, as well as from the local and national officials who govern our host campuses and countries. If anything changes from what is listed on the website, we will inform enrolled students via email as soon as possible.

Students can apply here. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, so we recommend applying as early as possible to secure a place in your preferred session.

COVID-19 Cancellation Information

In light of the continuing concern about travel, Oxbridge is happy to reassure applicants that the Cancellation Policy will be modified in the event of programs being cancelled due to COVID-19.

Should an Oxbridge program be cancelled because of COVID-19, or travel-restrictions imposed in response to COVID-19, accepted participants will be entitled to either (i) switch their enrollment to another Oxbridge program, (ii) roll their application over to 2024 at 2023 prices, or (iii) receive a full refund minus the $500 deposit. The $500 deposit will remain a credit for future travel with Oxbridge or another WorldStrides program.

Payments

Applications require a deposit of $500. If a student is not accepted to their desired Oxbridge program, their deposit will be refunded in full. Participants may choose to pay for their program in full or through a monthly payment plan.

A select number of scholarships are available based on financial need and academic merit. Applicants who are awarded a scholarship are not required to pay a deposit as part of their application.

Scholarships

Every year, Oxbridge awards a number of full and partial scholarships, which are awarded based on academic performance, financial need, leadership, and other factors, including your application essay and program of interest.

Scholarships are highly selective and will be applied towards part or all of program tuition, depending on the amount received. Students remain responsible for the cost of travel to and from the program, daily lunch, and personal spending money. Scholarships do not cover add-ons such as the Paris Connection or the Tuition and Travel Protection Plan.

Applying for a scholarship:

The scholarship application process is entirely separate from the regular application process. Students applying for a scholarship must use our online scholarship application (see below) and may not apply using the regular online application at the same time.
Scholarship applications must include information regarding students' academic and community strengths and their family's household income.

Requirements

The scholarship application process is open to students worldwide and currently in grades 8-11 who have not previously participated in an Oxbridge program.
Completed scholarship applications must be submitted online no later than March 16, 2022. Applications received after this date will not be accepted.
Scholarships are based equally on financial need, the student’s ability to contribute to the program in the broadest sense, and the specific requirements for each scholarship type.

Notice of scholarship awarded

You will hear from the Scholarship Committee within a month the deadline. If you are awarded a scholarship, you must accept or decline within 10 days of notification. If you are not awarded a scholarship, you are still welcome to apply through the regular application and submit a deposit.
